Hcip passed now, but didn‘t get the certificate

I participated in the hcip certification examination, after the examination, I saw the score: 617, which shows that I have passed. But the report card didn‘t print out, the connection between the examination room and Huawei seemed to be broken, and my scores didn‘t upload. All the case files of the day have been packed and sent to Huawei, but Huawei hasn‘t dealt with them for two weeks

  Is there any way to complain about Huawei? It‘s really urgent, but no one will deal with it. And if you pass the exam, you may have to retake it in the end, because it‘s a new subject, and the topic is changing all the time. If you pass the exam again, you can‘t let consumers pay for it because of Huawei‘s mistakes?
